Due to our continued global growth, we are currently looking to hire a talented and motivated individual as an Internal Recruiter. The successful candidate will be fluent in English with 1-2 years' previous experience in a similar role, in either a recruitment agency or in an internal recruiter role. Previous experience recruiting for the technology / software sector is essential. You will be joining an experienced global HR team at our HQ in Limerick


The role of an Internal Recruiter involves:


  • Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and the company database.
  • Qualifying candidate's suitability for positions.
  • Arranging interview and preparing candidates to attend interviews
  • Negotiation of salary or pay rates
  • Ensuring all compliance and administration is up to date
  • Utilising the company database and ensuring data is recorded accurately and up to date.
  • Ensuring all sales targets are achieved.
  • Adhoc administration tasks
